The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean and had a large hot shower with good water pressure. The staff, especially one person who spoke English, were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. I also appreciated the free drinking water, good WiFi, and reasonably priced continental breakfast.

Easy to find, close to Luz metro/train station, and Pinacoteca. Clean, quiet, with no bathroom queues. Friendly English-speaking staff. Adequate breakfast.
